Number 23…Brighton Blue

2014-04-11 09.09.31

Those who enjoying mocking my love on the number 81 will accuse me of adultery for placing a picture of its Queens Park rival on this page. But given that the 81 is to be discontinued, perhaps I’m finally accepting the marriage has come to an amicable end and that, yes, I’ve been playing away with a younger model.

Joking aside, I’ve been wanting to capture a picture of this bus that’s decked in an Albion theme for a while. Its been running the route for a few months. I’m guessing it was selected for this run as it goes to the AMEX.

Being a season ticket holder I’m one of the lucky ones who can get a bus from post to post, and doesn’t have to wait for those trains along with scores of poor wet souls on a dull November day.

Lets hope I get an opportunity to catch it to a triumphant play-off semi final in May.
